Sales Representative

CB Distributors, Inc., one of the leading wholesalers in the convenience store industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Beloit, Wisconsin. Our company has been in business since 1994, and has experienced tremendous growth since that time. We are seeking an energetic individual to lead our team, who wants to utilize their skills to create a successful team and career. In this position, you will be responsible for growing current accounts while also taking over new business development to gain new accounts.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Join our sales team to drive profitable growth and enhance our retail and wholesale sales efforts
• Build our existing sales force by example and introduce new ideas and methods to increase sales
• Manage leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
• Analyze the market and current business performance and develop sales strategies consistent with our mission and objectives
• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to both wholesale distributors and retail chain store buyers
• Oversee and manage our current DSD and Wholesale customers. Present new programs to spur interest and sales
• Prepare presentation materials and be willing to travel and meet potential new customers

Requirements:

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also work as a team leader with our sales team
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
• Effective and professional communication, and organization skills
• Excellent team and project management skills
• Competitive spirit
• Excellent time management and phone skills, must have outgoing personality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary
• Willing to travel to trade shows representing our products, as well as meeting the new customers you bring on board. Travel expenses paid by the company.
